STAINLESS COIL

Rolled Sheet Stainless steels can be classified according to their chemical composition and heat treatment response: ferritic steels that cannot be hardened and contain 15-30 percent chromium and less than 0.2 percent carbon; martensitic steels that can be hardened by quenching and contain 10-18 percent chromium and carbon in varying proportions (over 1 percent in some alloys); Austenitic steels containing 16-26 percent chromium, 6-22 percent nickel and less than 0.25 percent carbon. Austenitic steels, which can be hardened without quenching, are the materials with the highest resistance to failure.

With the advanced technology coil slitting line, stainless steel coils from 0.40 mm to 12 mm thick can be slit with very low tolerance margins. In sheet metal cutting, the lengths are specially cut and packaged according to the customer's request.
The features of our cut-to-length lines are as follows:

Its capacity:
0.40-12.00 mm Thickness
350-1600 mm Roll Width
25mm min. Strip Width
